Mississippi to extradite man in Seneca police custody

A man wanted by the state of Mississippi was discovered last weekend in Seneca and placed in the custody of the Seneca police. Law enforcement records show Earl Randolph Zirlott wanted by authorities in the Gulf Coast city of Gauthier to face the charge of sexual battery. The Seneca police say 32-year old Zirlott was placed in custody Saturday at Ingles Market off 123. Authorities list two addresses for Zirlott—one in Mississippi, the other in Alabama.
