Starr, SC – Maurice Ira Phillips, 59, of 250 Devonshire Road, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at his residence. A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery.
