Mary Frances Mabry
Westminster- Mary Frances Simpson Mabry, 86, of 335 Westminster Hwy, wife of Clifton Walker Mabry Jr., passed away April 16, 2020, at Prisma Cottingham Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Oconee, SC, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Lee Simpson and Mamie Alberta Whiten Simpson. Mary Frances was retired from Jantzen where she worked as a quality control operator and was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Mary Frances served in the church as a Sunday school teacher of the youth, a church nursery worker for many years, bereavement committee member, and former president of the Westminster Jaycee-Ettes, her infectious smile will be missed.
In addition to her husband Clifton Walker Mabry Jr. of 67 years, Mary Frances is survived by her son, Clifton “Skip” Walker Mabry III (Sandra) of Westminster; daughter, Patti Bratcher of Liberty; five grandchildren, Clifton “Jody” Walker Mabry IV, Adam David Mabry, Mabry Emileigh Bratcher, Walter “Trey” Oliver Bratcher III, Stewart Andrew Bratcher; and three great-grandchildren, Andrew Patton Butts, Hunter Adam Mabry, and Carly JoAnna Mabry.
In addition to her parents, Mary Frances is preceded in death by her brothers, Bill Simpson, Clarence Simpson, and Mack Simpson; infant sister, Mozelle Simpson.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2 pm, Monday, April 20th, Eastview Cemetery. In lieu of a formal visitation, you may drop by Sandifer Funeral Home on Monday, April 20th, 2020 between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:00 pm to pay your respects and sign the register book.
