Lawmaker’s land up for zoning change
Property belonging to the state representative Bill Sandifer is up for a zoning change during a public hearing Monday night in Seneca. The applicant for the zoning change–Chad Hamilton (D1 Performance) will request the Seneca Planning Commission to change 1-0-1-2-6 Clemson Boulevard from Office Commercial zoning to Highway Commercial zoning. The re-zoning request tops the agenda for Monday’s 6 pm planning commission meeting at City Hall.
