“Higher turnout than I expected”–Scharich

Apparently Oconeeans are not just voting high numbers of absentee ballots.  They also are casting a lot of votes by walk-up today.  The elections director, Joy Scharich, at the noon hour today said, “Higher turnout than I expected.”
