Henry Cobb

Westminster – Henry Pervis Cobb,88, husband of Betty Jean Dickert Cobb of 40 years, passed away, July 3^rd, 2021 at An Med Health Medical Center.  

 

Henry was born in Oconee County, he was the son of the late Earl and Nannie Hall Cobb. He retired from Torrington as a supervisor and was a United States Air Force Veteran. Henry enjoyed woodworking and Nascar and was a member of Westminster First Baptist Church.

 

Henry is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Dickert Cobb; sons; Tommy Price of Rosman, North Carolina, Wallace Price and wife Belinda of Westminster; daughter, Teresa Cobb Johnson of Westminster; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

 

Henry is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers; Reece Cobb, Glenn Cobb and Roy Cobb.

 

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 7^th, 2021 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with entombment to follow at Oconee Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home 12:30pm – 1:30pm, Wednesday, July 7^th, 2021.
