GLENDA BROOME

Westminster – Glenda Carol Broome, 71, passed away on Monday, June 17^th, 2024 at Lila Doyle, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Born November 16^th, 1952, in Seneca, South Carolina, Glenda was the daughter of the late Jack and Elizabeth Smith Broome. Glenda was a seamstress and a loving mother and grandmother.

 

Glenda is survived by her son, Michael Terry Nimmons of Seneca; daughters, Angie Bright (Barry) of Westminster, and Tonya Worley (Thomas) of Seneca; brother, Larry Broome of Westminster; sister, Peggy Grant (Terry) of Seneca; nine grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

 

In addition to her parents, Glenda is preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Broome; sister-in-law, Debbie Broome; and four great-grandchildren.

 

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 21^st, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, Friday, June 21^st, 2024 prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
