Eyewitnesses come forward in Seneca homicide

Eyewitnesses have come forward, and the Seneca police chief says he expects a further announcement soon on Sunday’s double homicide.  Casey Bowling, the interim police chief, says he agrees with the coroner’s finding that homicide describes what happened to Zema Darnell Fling and Christopher Hunter Todd.  They were shot in a common area for a set of apartments Sunday evening on Tribble Street, on the south side of the railroad.  So far, according to Bowling, the police have established there was an altercation between Fling and Todd, but the reasons have yet to be established completely.
