Mountain Rest, SC— Edna Inez Sorrells Collins Sams, 97, wife of the late John Engram Collins, Sr., and the late Roy Sams, of 298 Bauknight Road, Mountain Rest, SC passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Cottingham Hospice House. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Collins Children’s Home, 110 Collins Home Drive, Seneca, SC 29672. The family will be at respective homes.
