Dorothy Patterson

Seneca – Dorothy Lee Worley Patterson, 71, wife of the late Richard Gordan Patterson, passed away on Friday, May 17^th, 2024 at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital.

 

Born December 15^th, 1952 in Seneca, South Carolina, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Collie Ray and Sylvia Lee Worley. Dorothy enjoyed knitting, sewing baby dolls, playing games with her family, and shopping at thrift stores.

 

Dorothy is survived by sons, Richard Allen Patterson (Desiree), Brian Alan Patterson (Stephanie), Joshua Kevin Patterson, Jerry Asa Patterson, Logan Taylor Patterson (Brittany); brothers, Greg Worley (Nancy), Duffie Worley (Wilma); sister, Louise Swafford (Rayford); nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

 

In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Gordon Patterson; son, Bradley Eric Patterson; brother, Collie Romaine Worley; and sister Joyce McCrackin.

 

The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, May 20^th, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
