Walhalla – Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Hilligoss Morphew, 57, of 100 Pine Circle Apt. I 18, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2019. A celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 11 am at the Ramsey Creek Preserve Chapel, with burial to follow in the Ramsey Creek Preserve.
