The Atlanta Falcons defeated the Denver Broncos 27-21 last night. The Broncos never quite got over an awful start by quarterback Peyton Manning. He was intercepted three times in the opening quarter, for the first time since 2007. Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan had a better night. He threw his 100th career touchdown pass.

Braves beat Marlins

Dan Uggla hit a three-run home run in the first inning, Martin Prado tied a career best with four hits and the Atlanta Braves beat the Miami Marlins 7-5 on Monday night. Tim Hudson allowed a season-high 10 hits in five innings, still beating the Marlins for the fifth straight time. The series continues Tuesday night at 7:00 PM.
