Lillian Hood Garrison, 66, wife of Ralph Garrison, of 599 John Fox Drive, Walhalla died Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at St. Frances Hospital in Greenville, SC. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Rocky Knoll Baptist Church in Walhalla. The family will be at their respective homes.

The Atlanta Braves beat the Washington Nationals Monday night 3-2 for their 11th consecutive win. It is the longest winning streak of the season for the Braves, who play the Nationals again Tuesday night in Washington.
