The West-Oak High School wrestling team are Class AAA State Champions following a 34-24 win over top-ranked Battery Creek on Saturday at Dreher High School in Columbia. West-Oak also won the title in 2014.

The West-Oak Wrestling Team finished the 2016-17 wrestling season as Region I AAA Champions. At the Region I AAA Tournament on Tuesday, the Warriors qualified all 13 of their wrestlers to the Upper State tournament.
