A jury is to picked tomorrow morning in Oconee General Sessions to hear the State’s case against Kenneth Wayne Whitworth, a court officer tells 96.3/WGOG NEWS. The 40-year old Whitworth, arrested August 1, 2011, is charged with distribution of methamphetamine. He is represented by assistant public defender Danny Day, while the state’s prosecution will be handled by Lindsey Simmons.
