Tree falls on woman

EMS and Walhalla Fire Department responded to a home on Lakeside Drive late yesterday afternoon and a report of a tree that fell on a woman. According to Fire Chief Doug Kelley, it’s believed the accident occurred as the tree was being cut down. The injured woman was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
