An early morning traffic stop at West Union led to the arrests  of two people charged with drug offenses. They’ve extended the contract employment of Dr. Michael Lucas one additional year and raised his salary by two percent. Westminster to repeal ordinance

Westminster city leaders have given first reading to repealing an ordinance under which the city tows cars parked on city streets between the hours of 2 and 6 a-m. One problem with enforcement, according to City Administrator David Smith, is that with only 11 city streets, most of Westminster’s roadway space are state roads passing through the city.
