The South Carolina Grand Jury has returned new indictments against a Greenville attorney. Alan Wilson, Attorney General, today said Frederick Scott Pfeiffer has been charged by the grand jury with conspiracy and securities fraud. A separate indictment alleges forgery, Wilson said.
