Concrete poured this week at Seneca work site

Thirty truckloads of concrete were poured this week at the construction site at the Seneca Water Treatment Plant. It’s a multi-million dollar upgrade that is proceeding well, according to Bob Faires, Light and Water superintendent. The Harper Corporation of Greenville is the general contractor for the work. Faires predicts the work will finish earlier than next year’s contract end date.
