By 11:30 this morning, Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative counted 8,542 customers without service in Oconee, Anderson, Pickens, and Greenville counties. Oconee Blue Ridge customers without power numbered 2,860. There were 3,649 outages in Pickens County. The outages include six backbone feeder lines.
