A variance is requested tonight to the Oconee County zoning law.  At 6 o’clock, the county Board of Zoning Appeals will convene to hear a request to vary from the setback rules for an expansion of J-Davis Construction Company on highway 11.  Board meetings are held in the Oconee County Council Chambers at Walhalla.
