Library receives new gutters and downspouts

The color of the gutters and downspouts at the Westminster Library now matches the trim of the building.  The roof was replaced before Christmas.  A work crew yesterday finished installing new gutters and downspouts as the last project of $150 thousand dollars of repairs, retro-fits and renovations to the three library buildings owned by Oconee County—at Westminster, Seneca, and Walhalla.

Man’s body identified in Pickens County
