Planning Commission calls off meeting

Seneca has announced the cancellation of the December 18 meeting of the city planning commission.  The property for which the hearing had been scheduled was posted, but Ed Halbig said this afternoon he received a call requesting the withdrawal of the re-zoning request for Thrift Brothers’ property off 123 By-Pass, bordered by N. Walnut Street.

Schools dismiss early!

Charges pending in fatal wreck

A state trooper says charges are pending further investigation in this morning’s accident near Westminster that took the life of moped operator Francisco Garcia.  The 65-year old Westminster man died in a two-vehicle accident on SC 183, the Walhalla-Westminster Highway, about one mile from the Westminster city limit.  The accident created a detour in the vicinity of the Ulbrich plant.  […]
