A spokeswoman for Westminster Public Works, Diana Denny, says the boil water advisory that had been in effect parts of three days for customers in the area of Welcome Church Road has been lifted.  It means those customers may return to using their water as normal.  The advisory was lifted at 3:15 this afternoon.
