A new, high-priced land deal is on the books in Oconee.  Filed with the county Register of Deeds yesterday are the documents for the sale of nearly 611 acres on the Old Clemson Highway.  The records show a sale price of $12.2 million.  The seller:  West Clemson LLC; the buyer:  East Shore South LLC.
