Cases down, deaths up

South Carolina’s latest COVID numbers seem to be mirroring what’s being reported nationally.  That is, cases are down, deaths are up.  Today’s DHEC report shows 647 new cases of the virus and 20 deaths.  That’s 17 fewer cases than yesterday, but four additional deaths since yesterday.  A DHEC physician hopes all people who are headed to high school and college football games will remember to social distance.
