Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers started training camp Wednesday while adjusting to a new location and new head coach.  The Panthers decided to host training camp in Charlotte for the first time this year instead of Wofford College in Spartanburg where camp had been hosted all 30 years of the franchise’s history except for during the pandemic. But that was before first-year Panthers Head Coach Dave Canales’ time. He said he’s leaned on the advice of longtime NFL coaches Tony Dungy and Pete Carroll ahead of his first, first day of training camp with Carolina.  The Panthers will open the preseason up on the road against the New England Patriots on Aug. 8.
