BROOKS BRYAN SR.
Fair Play–Christopher Brooks Bryan Sr., 56, husband of Kimberly Simpson Bryan, passed away on Monday, September 25th, 2023 at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Born in Augusta, Georgia, on March 20th, 1967, Brooks was the son of William “Bill” Prontaut Bryan and Patricia “Ann” Feagin Bryan. Brooks was a graduate of North Augusta High School class of 1985 and an alumnus of the University of South Carolina Aiken, a devoted Gamecock fan who had a great passion for golfing.
Brooks is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Elizabeth Simpson Bryan; children, Christopher “Brooks” Bryan Jr, (Logan), Amber Bryan Dobbs (Zach), Taylor Jade Menger (Matt), Alivia Brooks Bryan (Ben Turner), and their mother Kelley Rene Smith; stepdaughters Lauren Spearman Davis (Justin), and Haleigh Samantha Prater; brother, Bradford Jarrett Bryan; grandchildren, Knox Menger, Sage Menger, Brody Turner, Lennyn Bryan, Copeland Dobbs, Harper Davis, Reid Davis, and Piper Gutierrez; brother in laws, Parker Stuart (Shannon), Robert Simpson (Angie Harrison), Tom and Tim Smith (Beth); mother in law, Sandra Stuart; nieces, Harlee Bryan, Landyn Stuart, Ashley Stuart; his favorite cousin Karen Craven; and numerous cousins and family and friends whom he loved dearly.
Brooks is preceded in death by his brother, William Brannen Bryan, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
A Private Family Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
