Brenda Addis Gaillard
Seneca, South Carolina
Brenda Addis Gaillard, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, South Carolina. She was the loving wife of 45 years to the late Clarence Eugene Gaillard and daughter to the late Floyd and Evalona Addis.
Brenda worked as a Teachers Aide at Seneca Junior High School until her retirement. In her youth she was an accomplished athlete, being entered into the Seneca High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Her greatest passion in life, however, was her friends and family and she will be remembered as a loving grandmother, mother, sister, and aunt.
Ms. Gaillard is survived by Children; Jonathan Gaillard (Meagan) of Gainesville, Georgia, Marc Gaillard, of Seneca, South Carolina, Grandchildren; Hudson Kemp Gaillard, of Gainesville, Georgia, Palmer Marcus Gaillard, of Seneca, South Carolina, Sisters; Willa Sosebee of Seneca, South Carolina, and Beverly Dooley of Seneca, South Carolina, and many loving friends and family.
In addition to her husband, Brenda is predeceased by five sisters; Rachel Richardson, Dora Holden, Vivian Milford, Ova Jean Poole, and Winona Foster, and two Brothers; Bruce Addis and Harold Addis.
Visitation will be held at Trinity Baptist Church in Seneca, South Carolina, on Monday, the 24th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with services to follow immediately after. Upon conclusion of the service, a burial will take place at Oconee Memorial Park.
