Bertha Holden
Seneca – Bertha Gwendolene Grant Holden, 88, wife of Carl Davis Holden, passed away on Friday, May 17th, 2024 at Cottingham Hospice House.
Born January 30th, 1936 in Oconee County, South Carolina, Bertha was the daughter of the late Caradine Walker and Marion Inez Smith Grant. Bertha was a homemaker, and her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Bertha is survived by her husband, Carl Holden; daughter Wanda Jean Holden Crooks (Kevin) of Seneca; grandchildren, Andrew Crooks, Alyssa Crooks; and great-grandchild Henry Crooks.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and family from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, Tuesday May 21st, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
