Monday, November 2 is the last day to vote absentee in-person voting in South Carolina.  Yet there’s a lot of early voting underway–even today.  One voter tells us she went by the absentee in-person precinct this morning.  Line was so long she left and will try again later.

A small calf has been stolen from Clemson University.  Someone cut fences and locks to get into the university dairy farm Wednesday night and stole a jersey calf, the kind that typically requires extra care.  If you become aware that a new jersey calf turns up somewhere, please contact the campus police at 864/656-2222.

An accident at mid-afternoon on Walhalla’s Playground Road sent three teenagers to the hospital.  According to a report from the fire department, the car overturned at a curve on the two-lane road.  The accident scene was not far from Slip and Slide Drive.
