The flags that fly at Seneca’s Miracle intersection have been taken down — but it’s just temporary, says the city administrator.  “We took them down to be refurbished,” says Scott Moulder.  All three–the American Flag, the South Carolina flag, and the city of Seneca flag–have been battered by recent storms.
