Two Oconeeans added to the death toll

Two Oconee County residents were added yesterday to the statewide toll of dead from COVID-19.  The deaths of the two elderly persons occurred Thursday and Friday, December 10 and 11. COVID-19 vaccine on the move

Across the country, 145 locations are to receive shipments of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.  Those does left Pfizer’s Michigan facility yesterday and began distribution by FedEx from Memphis, and from UPS from its Louisville hub.  Jeff Duncan, the 3rd District U-S Representative, says, “Operation Warp Speed has provided great promise to the American people amid an unprecedented global pandemic.”
