The man who drowned last evening on the Georgia side of Lake Hartwell was a 22-year old Greer, South Carolina resident.  The Hart County coroner, Mike Adams, said the fatality was Armando Esteban Sanchez Martinez.  He drowned around 6 o’clock while swimming with friends at the Big Oaks Recreation area.  The coroner said Martinez could not swim, and was not […]
