The police say two people were sent to be treated for minor injuries from a two-vehicle accident around the noon hour yesterday at Seneca’ East End intersection — 123 and 130, the Rochester Highway. For a time, westbound traffic was funneled into one lane as public safety responders worked to clear the intersection of the wreckage.

If nature cooperates, Walhalla will begin to see sidewalk work this week. Celia Myers, city administrator, says it’s not new sidewalk, but repairs to many of Walhalla’s crumbling pedestrian paths. HDH Construction is the contractor, and Myers says the first of the repairs will take place at Main and N. Tugaloo streets.
