An 86-year old Oconeean has been arrested on two charges of murder. Arrest records show Nicholas Bonelli, the accused, as sharing the same Smith Farm Road address as one of the women he’s accused of killing. Home fire near Lake Keowee

Fire broke out in what’s described as an unoccupied house last night in the Waterford subdivision near S.C. 130. The Keowee Fire Department, with assistance from others, answered the call shortly after 8 o’clock and remained on scene for nearly two and a half hours. No injuries reported.
