State troopers report one person killed this morning in what apparently was a four-vehicle accident on S.C. 11 at Bruce Road. A 51-year old Oconeean has lost his battle to recover from burns at home last month near Walhalla. Coroner Karl Addis this afternoon announced the death of Timothy Neal Sammons of Tammy Lane, Walhalla. Since the October 8 fire at his home, Sammons had been a patient at the Joseph M.
