Parade winners announced

Parade units from three Baptist churches were the winners during last night’s Christmas parade in Westminster. First place went to Retreat Baptist Church; second place to Madison Baptist Church; and third to Faith Baptist Church. Fire late yesterday afternoon in the Friendship Community near Seneca left one person dead and a second person injured. The fatality was identified by the coroner as Charles Oglesby, 55 years old.
