2014 homicide case resolved by guilty plea

What was been described as an accidental fatal shooting near Clemson has been resolved by two guilty pleas and a sentence today in the Oconee General Sessions Court.  Octavis Jamal Robinson pleaded guilty to attempted armed robbery and involuntary manslaughter.  Judge Letitia Verdin ordered Robinson to prison for 10 years, with a credit of 621 days in jail awaiting trial.  […]
