One Madison resident tells us late this afternoon that the area from which the water search is centered is rugged with limited access.  He quotes one woman as saying she saw a plane go down end over end, fearing it would hit her home.  Reports from Georgia indicate debris has been found in the waters of Lake Hartwell.
