Greenville man charged with home burglaries in Oconee

  According to the Oconee Sheriff’s Office, deputy sheriffs in Greenville County found stolen items from Oconee County in the possession of a Greenville man.  That man has now been arrested and charged with burglaries near Seneca on Fernwood Drive and the Wells Highway.  The crimes occurred in May. Accident UPDATE

South Carolina Hghway Patrol reported 12 people injured in this morning’s pickup truck-church van accident on I-85 in Anderson County.  The accident around 10 this morning left the soutbound lanes blocked to traffic, but by the noon hour, according to trooper Joe Hovis, one of the lanes had been re-opened.  Six ambulances responded, Hovis said.
