DHEC investigates gas spill near Salem

A circuit judge today will set bond for an 18-year old Seneca man arrested as part of a May 9 burglary investigation on Southgate Drive. Arrest warrants last month accuse John Melvin Miller, Jr. of first degree burglary, grand larceny and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Two guns were stolen from the home. A “Severity Level IV” violation at Oconee Nuclear
