The missing girl near Westminster is safe and in good condition.  The Oconee Sheriff’s Office reports Jasmine Danielle Boyd was found this morning safe and in good condition.  Acting on information that the Sheriff’s Office received, deputies located Jasmine around 7:30am this morning.
