Zoning change requested in Seneca

A City Hall hearing in Seneca will determine whether a property owner may vary from zoning regulations covering property on the 123 By-Pass.  A city official says the property is just west of the certified public accountants’ office near the overhead bridge.  The board of zoning appeals will hear property owner Jerald Wilbanks’ request at 6 o’clock.
