Car hits Westminster power pole

A car has struck an electric power pole in Westminster on SC 183/Walhalla-Westminster Highway, near Simpson Street.  EMS is attending to the female driver and the police are directing traffic away from the accident.  According to officer Rory Jones, it appears the driver will be OK; city crews likely will have to replace the pole.
