New Clemson parking rules

On a move-in week for first-year Clemson students, the city of Clemson makes parking changes.  Starting today, the city’s public parking garages are metered — 8 am to 5 pm.  All meters take cash or card payments.  Street side parking, however, is not metered.  It is time-limited, a two-hour limit.
