The state’s chief executive, Gov. Henry McMaster, visited Seneca today and was seen having lunch at the Seneca Family Restaurant on the 123 By-Pass.  According to McMaster’s office, the governor was scheduled to tour the Schneider plant this morning on the Sandifer Boulevard.
