City of Seneca announces that Santa Claus’s planned visit tonight to Norton Thompson Park has been called off–because of the rainy weather.  It means also that no hot chocolate will be served.  Because the forecasts for tomorrow and Sunday nights appear to be clear, Santa’s visit and the hot chocolate are to take place then.
