Business park property fast filling up

A new medical office is said to be under construction in an Oconee professional park between Seneca and Clemson.  The new construction at Union Station is taking place between a vision office and a child’s dental service off 123, the Seneca-Clemson Corridor.  Union Station owner Pete Dimopolous said two other undeveloped properties there are in line to be distribution centers.

Clemson lane closure

One lane of a Clemson road is closed through tomorrow morning.  According to the city, because of construction one lane of Holly Avenue is closed from Maple Boulevard to Issaqueena Trail.  Traffic signs are posted.  And residents whose driveways are affected have been requested to park in the closed Holly Avenue lane.
