Budget time has come full circle in Seneca.  City Council invites the public to its 6 o’clock meeting tomorrow night for the annual public hearing on the city’s projections for spending and revenue over the next 12 months.

A long-time law enforcement officer is the new chief of police at Tri-County Technical College.  He’s Chris Scott, a 40-year law enforcement officer, the last 18 years as a lieutenant with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.  Scott has college degrees, including a criminal justice degree in 1983 at Tech.
